2023/2024 Sports Physicals

With the 2022/23 school year wrapped up, it is time to look ahead to getting your sports physical for the 2023/24 school year. After April 1st of each year, North Vermillion students will be able to receive an IHSAA Sports Physical for the next school year(2023/24). All athletes must have an updated sports physical on file in the nurse's office to participate this school year. Physicals must be completed and turned in before official practices begin in your sport. North Vermillion students have the opportunity to have this completed at the elementary school this summer. Valley Professionals will be set up in the elementary on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am-4pm. If you wish to take part in this please call Valley Professionals to schedule an appointment at 765-592-6164. Don't wait! Get your physical now! You can't participate without one!
